    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    I like diversity, but only if it is achieved without affirmative action. I like to go to school with and work with people of other ethnicities, races, and national origins, but only if they deserve to be there. I see no value in lowering standards for low performance demographics in order to achieve inclusion. Those who perform poorly on objective criteria of excellence are likely to have other deficiencies as well.

    I have worked with fire proof beneficiaries of affirmative action. They aroused contempt for themselves and reinforced prejudice against their politically favored demographic.

    And its getting more expensive for them all the time. It used to be they just had to buy off sexual harassment suits. But now they are having to settle suits on their shows just because their stars like Hannity got deposed and they can't afford to let it get to the point where the depositions will become public. I got no idea what kind of bucks that costs but I bet its a lot.
