Looking to see if I the only one who's spouse has left them but still lives in the same house. Looking to chat with others who have no physical contact with their spouse and are lonely.

 

I was like that with my ex. We were done for over a year but she kept living in my house and wouldn’t move out, I literally had to get a court order to get her removed. That was hell.

 

I was with a 70 year old guy this weekend…. His wife has had no interest for about 20 years.

 

Not lonely, but longing. I do love my wife of 25 years, a lot of hugs and back-scratching, but she has zero interest in Sex or intimacy - and dare I say - not a study of Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
She knows/accepts that I "sort myself out", but after years of suffering, I must admit it is getting tough to not seek out for an adventure

 

This is a very common theme here in XNXX land.
Men and women are different when it comes to sex...generally speaking.
My wife retired her sex drive years ago. Frustrating as hell for me but that was entirely her right to chose.
That said I wish she had me left a little compassion and understanding regarding my needs. But as it stands we are just room mates when it comes to sex.
Sigh.

I never experienced this. My relationships lasted several years at best. Hot the whole time, but volatile. Hard to spend life warm and angry.

 

This is sad and especially sad for long term relationships that have turned south on sex because, of one or both loss of interest, in sex. Sometimes the aging process can really leave some wanting. Older guys can't get it up like they used to and post menopausal women lose interest because of dryness and discomfort with sex. For guys the fix is usually simple and cured with ED meds like Viagra. For women is can be amazingly simple by the use of C-Estriol cream. This is something that many doctors don't know about. It has to be made up by a compounding pharmacy. Simply apply a dab to the vagina with your finger at night and by morning be back to those pre-menopausal days. Good luck.

I hold my hand up, my wife has no interest in sex anymore and hasn’t for many years. We even sleep in separate bedrooms. I would love some fun, as I still want to be sexually active.

 

This probably happens in every marriage eventually as one partner ages out before the other. But it's completely different when both of you are 100% and your partner just stops and not only has no compassion but accuses YOU of being an ass for being unhappy.
Personally, I think intimacy is the food air and water of a marriage. Without it, your marriage will starve. At the very least a partner should know they are withdrawing from a vital part of their marriage, acknowledge its a problem and seek a solution.
We ended up divorced when I realized it was not that she was non sexual, she was just bored with me and didn't care enough that I was unhappy to even try.
She has gone on her own way and remarried. I have stayed single and celibate ever since. Single, I do miss sex. But it is far better than being married, missing sex, and feeling betrayed and marginalized by the person you promised to love honor and cherish.

 

Why would any of you stay married without sex? Sex is core to a marriage. Short of a physical issue preventing it, people need to have sex to be healthy physically and mentally.

 

Same here my wife hardly want to have sex with me we live in same home . In early days of dating she travelled 40 miles to visit me 2 3 times a weeks but now she can't walk 10 feet to come to my room.
