Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 large summer squash, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

  • ¼ cup butter, cut into small chunks

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Lay summer squash slices in a single layer over the bottom of a 9x12-inch baking dish. Dot with butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until squash is tender, bubbling, and golden yellow-brown, about 20 minutes.
